Technical Sessions

2010 Tech Sessions Guide -- Tuesday 1400-1700

The technical session period is a conference setting where exhibitors and other registered attendees (students/instructors) present state-of-the-art approaches in ESOH, success stories, lessons learned, and technology exchange to attendees. Topics address all levels and all subject areas of interest to attendees. Unlike your training class schedule, you are free to select the topics and times that best match your interest and functional needs. However, this is considered part of your schedule and must be attended.

NOTE:
  1. You must ATTEND sessions between 1400 to 1700.

  2. Each attendee must select one (1) session for each of the six (6) sessions.

  3. Sessions are scheduled for 25 minutes each to allow 5 minutes to change to next session location.

  4. Some sessions may involve more than one session block (1 to 2 hours).

  5. If your organization is listed for a meeting; i.e., “ACC/A7/CE”, “All JA Attendees”, “All ANG Attendees”, this becomes your mandatory session for that time block.

HINT: If more than one topic of interest is being presented during the same time block, coordinate with a co-worker, each attend a different session, and collect information to share later.
